howies
howies is a small active clothing company based in a peaceful corner of Wales. They started back in 1995 making high-quality, lower-impact clothing for the outdoors, running and cycling, as well as the kind of functional everyday products that they wanted to wear.
howies is owned and run by its employees, so they don't answer to shareholders. This means their clothing is designed and manufactured by people who care.
MB Podiatry
MB Podiatry is a Foot, Ankle & Gait Specialist that offers expert podiatry care for all your foot and ankle needs. MB Podiatry is run by Cardiff City basketball player, Matthew Broderick. Matthew specialises in sports and musculoskeletal injury, however, he can advise and treat a range of conditions affecting the foot and ankle. In addition to his MSK caseload, Matthew carries out minor surgical procedures under local anaesthetic, such as the removal of ingrown nails.
Since 2019, Matthew has worked exclusively in the private sector. In addition to his clinical work, Matthew is a consultant Podiatrist to several Premiership rugby teams.
